Louise Hogarth

Louise Hogarth is an award-winning independent documentary filmmaker. For the past two decades she has been directing and producing extraordinary documentaries that highlight cutting-edge controversial social issues including “The Panama Deception,” which she co-produced in 1992, “The Gift,” which Louise wrote, directed and produced in 2003, and “Angels in the Dust”, which she wrote, directed and produced in 2007.

Hogarth is also the founder of Dream Out Loud (DOL) Productions; a Seattle and South African based non-profit independent film company that specializes in true stories about people and events focusing on social and human rights issues. DOL is dedicated to the creation of media projects that touch hearts, transform attitudes and foster positive change.
