Strategies for Justice (SFJ) is a speaking and training organization with a focus on issues of gender, disability, and racial equity within law enforcement.
The SFJ Symposium is designed to bring law enforcement, academia, trauma experts, and social justice advocates together to partake in meaningful conversations.

What does SFJ mean by “conscious Law Enforcement”?

We intended to take the first steps to develop consciousness to address the climate and the increased calls to address mental health in law enforcement as well as the need to address police interaction with the mental health community.

What does SFJ mean by “Inclusive Practices”?

We intend to take the second step to develop inclusive practices inside and outside of law enforcement by documenting our new consciousness and engaging in teaching, research, and legislative change.

How can I get involved with Strategies for Justice?

Strategies for Justice membership meetings take place on the third Wednesday of the month at 7:00 PM EST. If you can not make that time. don’t worry, there are other opportunities to stay active. Each member is asked to do one of the following:
