Still Bill

.

In 1985 Bill Withers, the great R&B singer/songwriter, made his last record, deciding it was more important to be a husband and father than a hit maker.
‘Ain’t No Sunshine,’ ‘Lean on Me’, ‘Lovely Day,’ and ‘Just the Two of Us’ are only part of his legendary music repertoire.
Now years later, he emerges to share the experiences that come with living an extraordinary and contemplative life.
Through interviews with friends, family, fellow musicians and Bill himself, Still Bill paints the portrait of a man who chose to leave fame and fortune behind to remain true to himself.
