The Prophet (Ha’Navi Kahana)

.

A journey into the ideology of the most radical politician Israel has known – Rabbi Meir Kahane. “The Prophet” depicts Kahane’s battles in America against Antisemitism and for Soviet Jewry, through his move to Israel and the rebirth of the slogan NEVER AGAIN as “Arabs Out!”. After his election to parliament, the media censors him and the political system unites for a rare ban from Israeli democracy. A year later he is murdered in New York, where he started his public life. Today, the name Kahane remains a political taboo, yet his followers are back in the spotlight. “The Prophet” is a comprehensive look into Jewish extremism and an ideology that was once barred and is now ruling the state
