#Schoolyard

.

In 1982, Israel invaded Lebanon in what was meant to be a brief operation against PLO forces. Instead, it escalated into a prolonged war and military occupation lasting nearly two decades. On the 4th day, Israeli soldiers were ordered to guard over 1,000 Lebanese prisoners in a Sidon schoolyard—among them militants, civilians, and Red Crescent doctors. What began as a routine task turned horrific and deadly. The soldiers involved, the doctors who witnessed the events, and the detainees who suffered torture have remained in the shadows. Until now. This film uncovers a long-buried chapter of the war and gives voice to those silenced for over 40 years.
