A revolutionary group of activists, scientists, farmers, and politicians band together in a global movement of “Regenerative Agriculture” that could balance our climate, replenish our vast water supplies, and feed the world.
Firstly, we want to acknowledge you for continuing with your incredible film festival in spite of all of the challenges of 2020. Bravo! Like you, we believe that “the show must go on.” And like you, we believe that film has the power to reinvigorate people’s imaginations, to inspire us about the future, and to help us all heal. That is why we made Kiss the Ground, the movie that we are submitting to you.
Narrated by Woody Harrelson, Kiss the Ground is an environmental documentary about a solution to the climate crisis. On a metaphysical level, Kiss the Ground is about bringing hope and light to our planet during a difficult time. This documentary took 7 years to make and because of COVID, we did not get to have a physical film festival premiere. However, we decided to push forward with getting the movie in front of audiences because we feel it can make a positive difference for people everywhere right now.
The film has everything that we believe your viewers will love – cinematic storytelling, recognizable celebrities, a deep healing environmental message and an awesome, feel-good ending. We also have subtitles made for the movie in 25 languages as well as closed captions as we want this film to be accessible to everyone.
We would be deeply honored if you would consider this film for your upcoming and exciting festival.
