Adjara, Emma and Sali meet on a bus while travelling to Lagos on the Bamako route via Ougadougou. They discover beautiful landscapes of coastal and Sahelian countries, however, they encounter many risks. Their worst nightmare is crossing borders, where they are exposed to great corruption, violence against women and dangerous traffic. To survive, three women are forced to stand together and take care of each other.
